We have made it easy for you to join HGA!  Step 1: Just  fill in the form below and submit it electronically using the "submit" button or  print this form after you have filled in the information and mail it to the address provided below.  Step 2:   Submit your payment as chosen on the form.   If you choose PayPal, click the PayPal icon button at the bottom of the form to make your secure on-line payment after you have first submitted the Form electronically, .   If you choose check or money order, enclose it with your mailed application to the address below.   This form can be used for membership renewals also.

If you don't receive acknowledgement of your new membership from the HGA Membership Director within two weeks,  please let us know immediately.  Electronic or regular mail does sometimes get lost.

USA:  $28.00 per year or $54 for two years

Canada and Mexico: $30 per year or $58 for two years

Other Countries:  $31 per year or $60 for two years. 

Contributing membership:   $60/yr, or Sustaining Membership:  $100/yr..
