3. Planning is the most essential thing you must do before buying a greenhouse. There are many, many factors that go into buying, building, and operating a hobby greenhouse. 4. A team effort is best when assembling the greenhouse kit. Using simple household tools, smaller greenhouses can usually be assembled within a weekend. We recommend that you pay close attention to the manufacturers and suppliers instructions since different kits may require more or less team members and more specialized tools.

Answer: The selection of a site involves taking into consideration three importantly factors: 1) the most desirable location should be shaded by deciduous tree(s) or lacking shade draped with an external shade cloth over the greenhouse which is attached to the foundation; 2) the site should also be sheltered from the wind by a tree(s) or some other barrier; 3) the site should be level and allow for good drainage.

8. Yes, this should be an annual event; in Spring or Autumn we recommend a thorough cleaning of frame, inside and out as well as shades and benches. Frequent annual cleaning will prevent permanent moss and mildew staining common here in the Northwest. To maintain the finish and clarity of your complete greenhouse structure, avoid using chemicals with abrasives or lemon... mild detergent with a soft scrub brush on broom
